We had experienced recent issues with one of our ventilation AHUs distributing black dust and debris into our clinical engineering and kitchen departments. After identifying the root cause, the debris had already become confined within the ductwork. We then employed ph Water to undertake ventilation duct cleaning of this system, upon recommendation of using this company’s services at my previous Trust. Between May until now, ph Water have completed the works to a high and professional standard. Correspondence and arrangements were made for out of hours working, cost breakdowns were included within the quotations received, RAMS were acceptable and the reports clearly identified the findings, PVT analysis, photo evidence and pass/fail comments for the contamination levels that were taken.
